The tincture also contains herbs that harmonize and stabilize hormones and that can help to soothe irritated skin. Because this formula circulates qi, it contributes to a calming effect in case of frustration, anger and the feeling of being emotionally stagnant. This one formula can also help you with symptoms of depression, stomach pain, swollen stomach and irregular bowel movements.

    Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Bupleuri, Leonurus Cardiaca, Cyperi, Zingiber officinale, Angelica Sinensis, Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Jujube, Vegetabiliskt Glycerin

    I am at the moment using the easy wandering and the CALM for myself and going on cycle number 3 since the start and the change is UNBELIEVABLE. I am gonna order some more! I have used herbs prescribed by you before and then I cooked them myself. They were amazing but the cooking process was hard to do consistently in every day life for me. When I saw your tinctures I was so happy, EXACTLY what I was wishing for and the results so far...wow.
